Every shed comes with one man door (double lock system) and one 2' × 3' window. Add 1, 2 or 3 more windows for an additional cost. Thirteen siding colours, from White-White to Black, Bright Red and Slate Blue. Prices are base cost and can change with material costs.

■ Standard spec

Built to take a lift.

Floor: R17 insulated. Pressure-treated 2×6 joists, treated underbelly skin, 5/8" tongue and groove.
Walls: 2×4 at 16" on centre, half-inch plywood exterior for shear and wall stability.
Roof: 2×6 rafters at 16" on centre, 1×4 strapping and ½" plywood.
Metal: 26-gauge coloured wall metal with painted wood trim, galvanized roof metal with end caps.
Openings: Door and window. One man door with double lock system, one 2' × 3' window.
